Jane Khodarkovsky is a partner at ARKTOUROS PLLC and one of the country’s leading experts at the intersection of financial crimes, digital assets, and regulatory compliance. She previously served as General Counsel and Head of Risk & Compliance at the Celo Foundation, where she oversaw all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters for a decentralized, open-source blockchain platform — including strategy across DeFi, DAOs, AML, sanctions, and securities law in the U.S. and internationally. Before that, she was a Trial Attorney in the DOJ’s Money Laundering and Asset Recovery Section (MLARS), and previously prosecuted enterprise corruption and financial crimes at the New York County District Attorney’s Office and the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office. She holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College, summa cum laude.

Requirements
The Alabama State Bar MCLE Commission requires attorneys to complete 12 credits, including 1 ethics, by December 31 of each year. All credits must be reported by February 15 of the following year. A maximum of 12 credits, including 1 ethics credit, may be carried over for 1 year only.
