
Andrew F. Marquis is a partner at Scopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary, P.C., based in the firm’s Indianapolis office, where he serves clients in all aspects of trial litigation. His practice spans commercial matters—including restrictive covenants, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breach of contract actions—as well as catastrophic injury actions and includes the continuous application of motor carrier regulatory issues in litigation. Requirements
The Alabama State Bar MCLE Commission requires attorneys to complete 12 credits, including 1 ethics, by December 31 of each year. All credits must be reported by February 15 of the following year. A maximum of 12 credits, including 1 ethics credit, may be carried over for 1 year only.
