You’ll hear from Alice Boldis, head of contract management for the global industrial company Voith Group, who will discuss how she’s using technology to address highly complex construction agreements, along with how she’s positioning her contract management department to bring on agentic tools.

Dr. Alice BoldisKate PoppittBrandi PackJared D. CorreiaDr. Alice Boldis leads compliance and contract management at Voith Hydro, where she has served as Vice President since September 2023. Her practice covers the whole lifecycle of projects in the construction and energy sectors, with particular depth in the review, presentation, and defence of claims and in resolving the disputes that follow. She also teaches contract and claim management for international energy projects as a lecturer at Fachhochschule Biberach.
Kate Poppitt is Director of AI Programs at Leah, a role she took up in July 2025 after a decade in practice. Her work sits where legal AI meets international trade and regulatory compliance law, the two fields that make up her practice focus. Before moving into AI programs she was a Senior Associate at Hogan Lovells and, for more than five years, a compliance and trade lawyer at Dentons in London.
Brandi Pack directs innovation at UpLevel Ops, where she leads the firm’s Generative AI (GAI) Management Program and heads its GAI Subscription Services, which deliver scalable, secure AI-powered tools built to change how legal departments operate. Her work runs from policy design through practical implementation, helping legal teams convert fast-moving technology into lasting operational value for both UpLevel’s Advisory Team and its clients.
Jared D. Correia founded and leads Red Cave Law Firm Consulting, where solo and small law firms subscribe to business management consulting and technology services rather than buying them one engagement at a time. Red Cave also builds programming and content for legal institutions and legal-facing corporations. A former practicing attorney, he has spent more than a decade advising lawyers and law firms on how they run their practices.

Requirements
The Alabama State Bar MCLE Commission requires attorneys to complete 12 credits, including 1 ethics, by December 31 of each year. All credits must be reported by February 15 of the following year. A maximum of 12 credits, including 1 ethics credit, may be carried over for 1 year only.
