Andrew F. Marquis is a partner at Scopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary, P.C., based in the firm’s Indianapolis office, where he serves clients in all aspects of trial litigation. His practice spans commercial matters—including restrictive covenants, misappropriation of trade secrets, and breach of contract actions—as well as catastrophic injury actions and includes the continuous application of motor carrier regulatory issues in litigation. Marquis assists clients in litigation matters nationwide and has argued cases before the Indiana Supreme Court, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, and in state and federal courts across the country.
