Jeffrey J. Cunningham is a founding partner of Cohen Cunningham DeRose Higgins Lyon, serves as the firm’s General Counsel, and co-chairs its Professional Liability practice from the New York and Stamford offices. He defends lawyers and other industry professionals in professional liability, ethics, and professional disciplinary matters, and acts as outside General Counsel to small and mid-sized law firms across the United States.
