Robert J. Labate is a partner in Holland & Knight LLP’s San Francisco and Los Angeles offices and co-chair of the firm’s national Entertainment Law practice. With a career spanning entertainment transactions, media law, and bankruptcy and restructuring, he advises major media companies, performers, celebrity figures, and production companies on copyright, licensing, financing, content acquisition, production, digital distribution, and music matters. Robert also counsels clients on advertising, sponsorship, talent agreements, and the use of social media and digital platforms.
