Course Overview

AI and CLMs Were Never an Ideal Fit — That’s Changing Now

2026-01-07 14:00:00

Artificial Intelligence is reshaping the Contract Lifecycle Management landscape. AI and CLMs haven’t always been an ideal fit — structural and adoption challenges limited integration in the past. Now a wave of disruptors is driving innovation, and CLM systems must evolve to stay relevant.

The transformation is already underway. LLMs are reshaping contract drafting, negotiation, and review. Integration raises real-world challenges around data privacy and ethics. Multi-jurisdictional contracting adds conflict-of-law complexities that AI tools must be equipped to manage.

This program pairs a strategic synopsis with a practical exploration of AI in CLM today. Attendees leave with a foundational understanding of LLMs and their implications for legal departments. They gain approaches for managing conflict-of-law risks and enabling collaboration that drives smarter, faster, more transparent operations.
