Learn to lead your organization through cyber incidents by coordinating forensics, restoration, and threat actor communications as incident response counsel. This session covers the full lifecycle from intake and insurance coordination through data breach notifications, regulatory reporting, and minimizing third-party litigation exposure.
Discover why IT support alone cannot prevent breaches and how every person with network access serves as the front line of defense. This session addresses critical vulnerabilities including weak passwords, unsecured smartphones, public Wi-Fi risks, wire fraud prevention, and the dangers of shadow IT.
Explore essential cybersecurity practices aligned with attorneys’ ethical obligations, including defense against AI-driven phishing, deep fakes, and social engineering attacks. Learn backup best practices using the 3-2-1-1-0 method and understand why mandatory awareness training is non-negotiable for firms of all sizes.
