Rosanna M. Fox is the Co-Founding Partner of Lepore Taylor Fox LLP, a Chambers-ranked boutique immigration firm in New Jersey. Rosanna has extensive experience advising domestic and multinational companies, including Fortune 500 companies, with respect to short- and long-term immigration strategies and programs. She advises clients with respect to the full range of worksite compliance issues including Form I-9 compliance, E-Verify registration and compliance, Public Access Files, and government site visits. As the Head of the Firm’s Entrepreneur and Start-up Practice, Rosanna advises foreign entrepreneurs and investors in all aspects of starting a business in the United States with a focus on immigration strategy and planning. Over her many years of practice, Rosanna has successfully advised institutional clients in a range of industries with respect to temporary work visas as well as green card strategies.

Rosanna serves as Chair of the New York Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She has been individually ranked by Chambers USA since 2020 and is a frequent speaker on a range of immigration-related topics. Prior to founding Lepore Taylor Fox, Rosanna was a Shareholder in the New York and New Jersey offices of a large international law firm. Prior to that, she was a Partner in the immigration practice group of a prominent Manhattan law firm.

Over the course of her career, she has represented businesses of all sizes, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, in their attainment of temporary and permanent work visas, worksite compliance matters, government enforcement actions, and the development of customized immigration compliance programs. Filomena also advises individuals in a range of matters including U.S. citizenship and naturalization, family-based petitions such as immigration through a U.S. citizen spouse or fiancé(e), petitions by individuals possessing extraordinary ability in their field, and entrepreneur visa options. Ranked by Chambers USA 2021 as a top immigration attorney in New Jersey, Filomena is a frequent speaker and author on a range of immigration-related topics.

She has served as an Adjunct Professor of Immigration Law at New York Law School and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). The daughter of immigrants herself, Filomena has given back to the immigrant community by volunteering her services to a myriad of organizations including The Door in New York City, The Safe Passage Project in New York City, and the YWCA in Hackensack, New Jersey. In 2004, Filomena graduated magna cum laude from New York Law School where, as a student, she was a member of the Law Review and interned both with the U.S. District Court in Manhattan and the U.S. Department of State, Consular Section, in Naples, Italy. Filomena speaks fluent Italian and is active in the Italian American communities of New York and New Jersey.
