P. Dustin Bodaghi represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law. He has successfully and efficiently defended many class and/or PAGA lawsuits alleging wage and hour violations. He has also defended clients against claims of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and unfair competition. Dustin has significant trial experience, having participated in multiple trials.
While in law school, he served as an editor for the Business Law Journal and was an instructor for Legal Research & Writing and Moot Court first-year law students while serving as a teaching assistant. Dustin also externed for the Hon. James S. Ware of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, where he conducted extensive legal research and drafted court opinions. In addition, he was a law clerk for the Bay Area Railway Transportation District and a law clerk for the Workers’ Tax Committee.
