Program Summary

This course will provide practical guidance on drafting a variety of types of employment agreements. It will cover what are the different types of “employment agreements,” key terms to be considered and included in employment and compensation agreements, determining when to include restrictive covenants (including state law considerations and tips for drafting multi-state agreements), consideration of dispute resolution options and language, drafting guidelines and best practices, and avoiding common drafting pitfalls.
