He also served as CEO of Eagle Hospitality Trust, a 13-hotel private REIT, and led the sales of single assets and portfolios totaling 88 hotels for over $2.2 billion of value. He subsequently served as a Managing Director and Head of the Lodging and Leisure Investment Banking group at Cantor Fitzgerald & Co., then as a Senior Managing Director and Head of Hospitality Capital Markets at BGC Real Estate Capital Markets, while simultaneously serving as Head of Hotel Investment Sales for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank. He has been actively involved in mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, portfolio and single asset sales, equity financings, high yield financings, and mortgage financings.

Requirements

The Alabama State Bar MCLE Commission requires attorneys to complete 12 credits, including 1 ethics, by December 31 of each year. All credits must be reported by February 15 of the following year. A maximum of 12 credits, including 1 ethics credit, may be carried over for 1 year only.
