Carole is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office, where she advises clients on a broad range of immigration matters, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions and employment eligibility verification compliance. Carole also assists clients with corporate immigration program design, management and compliance, as well as J-1 exchange program administration, investor visas and PERM. She represents corporate clients, including small- and medium-sized companies, in a variety of sectors, such as technology, education, life science and financial services.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Carole worked in both local and large international law firms, where she handled a wide variety of U.S. employment-based immigration and nationality law matters.

Sarah is a Senior Associate in Fragomen’s Boston office, where she advises clients on a broad range of immigration matters. She has experience representing corporate and individual clients across a variety of industries, including high tech, healthcare, finance and media. Sarah handles a wide range of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters. She guides clients through the PERM labor certification process and responds to DOL audits. She also counsels clients on complex immigration matters including mergers and acquisitions and compliance issues.

Sarah is a PAIR (Political Asylum/Immigration Representation) Project pro bono attorney and represents asylum-seekers in the Boston area.
