Mr. Haber, a co-founder of the law offices of HABER DIPAUL LLC has over 35 years of civil, commercial and personal injury (litigation) experience. Mr. Haber’s history of successful settlements and trial verdicts for his clients demonstrates a clear record of excellence and achievement. After graduating cum laude from Boston University with a Bachelor’s degree in History, Mr. Haber continued his education at Boston University and obtained his Masters degree in Urban Affairs the following year. Mr. Haber completed his education when he received his law degree (Juris Doctor) from Temple University (Beasley) School of Law. During his law school tenure, Mr. Haber was elected to the Moot Court Honor Society, published several articles for the Jurist, the law school’s academic magazine, wrote the bench brief for the I. Herman Stern Moot Court Competition, and was a recipient of a Temple University Law School Fellowship. Mr. Haber also reached the semi-finals of the Myrna Marshall National Federal Moot Court Competition. In July, 2019, Cornell University conferred a certification in Conflict Management to Mr. Haber and he is now available to act a a neutral for mediations and arbitrations.

Mr. Haber has served on several Boards including: President and Treasurer of the Cedar Sands Condominium Association in Brigantine, New Jersey. He sits presently as a Board member of the Crown of Israel Synagogue and was general counsel/advisory board member to Menzfit, a non-profit organization dedicated in assisting homeless men. He is a former member of the Logan Square Planning Board and former President and Treasurer of the Hamilton Townhome Association. Mr. Haber was general counsel and served on the Board of Directors of “Spread the Whiz”-a non-profit organization dedicated to advocating healthy nutrition in school-aged children. Mr. Haber was on the Board of Trustees of the Sons of Italy, Marlton, NJ and served as the Orator for organization. He currently serves on the Board of Governors of the Justinian Society of Philadelphia.

Mr. Haber is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars and serves as the firm’s New Jersey resident partner. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court of New Jersey and the United States 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. He serves as a certified Federal and State Arbitrator (PA) and maintains memberships in several state Bar and local Trial Lawyer Associations in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Haber is entering his 7th year on the PA Bar Association’s Judicial Investigation Committee-organized to vet appellate Judges and Justices in order to maintain integrity of the Pennsylvania Appellate Court System.
