Meredith Wilkes | Jones Day

Meredith Wilkes is a first-chair trial lawyer who has spent over 25 years leading high-stakes IP cases for global brands in courts throughout the United States, in the TTAB and in the ITC. Praised by clients as “having a gift for making complex IP concepts easy to understand,” she has represented clients on their most important matters from the preliminary injunction stage through trial. In addition to trying cases, Meredith counsels clients on brand and marketing strategies worldwide, from searching and filing to enforcement across a broad spectrum of goods and services in a number of industries.
