Why Attend

Why this
program matters

Mastering early-case investigation in catastrophic motor vehicle litigation is essential because evidence, witnesses, and recovery opportunities that define case outcomes are most vulnerable in the first weeks after a crash.
27.4k
people died in U.S. motor vehicle crashes in the first nine months of 2025, reflecting the persistent volume of catastrophic cases entering civil litigation.
33%
of U.S. drivers were uninsured or underinsured, a ten-percentage-point surge since 2017, making UM/UIM policy analysis essential in every motor vehicle case.
97%
of vehicle occupants killed in two-vehicle crashes between a passenger vehicle and a large truck were passenger vehicle occupants, underscoring the need for aggressive carrier and third-party defendant investigation.
1.8T
dollars represents the inflation-adjusted total societal harm from U.S. motor vehicle crashes, including lost quality of life, reinforcing why early evidence preservation and liability expansion directly impact case value.
