Meredith L. Yoder Mr. Yoder is a shareholder with the Richmond, Virginia law firm of Parker, Pollard, Wilton & Peaden, P.C. where he focuses his practice on real estate title litigation, commercial litigation, estate/fiduciary litigation, general corporate law and commercial real estate.

For the past fifteen years, Mr. Yoder has focused particularly on representation of real estate title insurance underwriters, and of owners and lender insured under policies of real estate title insurance. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar Association, and the Bar Associations of the City of Richmond and Henrico County, Virginia. Mr. Yoder holds a BA in Psychology from Messiah College, in Pennsylvania and a J.D. from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary.
