Mr. Berry has represented security clearance applicants and holders before practically every federal agency, from the Department of Defense, the Department of Energy to the Department of State to the various intelligence agencies like the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), National Geospatial Agency (NGA) and National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and the National Security Agency (NSA).

Mr. Berry represents security clearance clients nationwide before the various federal agencies that adjudicate security clearances. He is also the author of Securityclearancelawyer.com. He has been interviewed by CNN, ABC, Fox and other networks, in addition to being published by a number of newspapers, including the Washington Post on his views regarding security clearances.

In addition to security clearance matters, Mr. Berry represents law enforcement officers and federal employees in various employment and civil matters. Mr. Berry previously served as General Counsel to the Fraternal Order of Police/U.S. Park Police and U.S. Capitol Police unions. Prior to that, he served as an attorney with the law firm of Cohen, Milstein, Sellers and Toll PLLC.

He is a member of the District of Columbia, New York, Michigan, Maryland and Virginia Bars and a member of the Security Clearance Lawyers Association. Mr. Berry received an LL.M from George Washington Law School, a J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
