Joseph W. Gable, Jr. is an Associate and member of the Accident & Personal Injury Group of Stark & Stark. Mr. Gable represents individuals that have been catastrophically injured or killed due to the negligence of others. As a part of his practice, Mr. Gable has litigated numerous third-party and first-party cases in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania and successfully tried matters in both states.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Mr. Gable practiced at a firm in Bucks County, PA, where he represented individuals and businesses in commercial transactions and litigation disputes. Mr. Gable served as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Chris R. Wogan in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas in the Criminal Division after graduating from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law.
