The panel will discuss important steps to ensure confidential information remains secure amidst the heightened risks posed by a more remote workforce and digital expansion. The panel will also address recent trends and considerations for the forensic collection, preservation, and presentation of evidence from increasingly popular technologies, such as ethereal messaging. Lastly, the panel will forecast how rapidly-evolving technologies, such as AI, Web3, and the metaverse, may be double-edged swords for safeguarding trade secrets.
