Andrew J. Wyman is a solo practitioner in Seattle, Washington. He practices in the area of civil tax controversy against the Internal Revenue Service. He has lectured on discovering assets via complex tax returns, recent updates to itemized deductions, and common mistakes of single member limited liability companies.

Attorney Wyman handles federal tax matters, administratively, and through tax litigation, primarily for individuals and small businesses. Key areas include IRS collection and examination, payroll tax disputes, trust-fund recovery penalty, duplicate income reporting, and offer in compromise.

Mr. Wyman is admitted to New York and Washington State bar associations. He received his J.D. from Gonzaga Law School and his LL.M degree in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. He is also admitted to practice in front of the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. District Court, Western District of Washington.
