Keith Shannon is in his eighteenth year as an instructor in the paralegal technology training program at Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, N.C., where he teaches legal research and writing, civil litigation, ethics, and law office management and technology. He received his undergraduate degree in journalism and his law degree from the University of Kentucky. He also holds a master’s degree in journalism from Marshall University.
He has worked as a speaker and seminar leader for SkillPath Seminars, presenting on the topics of time management and employment law. His articles on total quality management and media relations for attorneys have appeared in the South Carolina Lawyer magazine. He is the author of My Boss Wears Diapers: Tales of a Frazzled Dad, a humorous account of his days as an at-home dad to his two daughters. He has appeared as a guest on The Gen Why Lawyer podcast, The Legal Toolkit podcast, and the Lawsome podcast. In addition, he co-hosts Fourth Row Center, a theatre podcast, with his daughters, Kathleen and Kara.
