Maryland CLE Requirements
Maryland Bar does not have mandatory or minimum continuing legal education requirements, although its members are encouraged to engage in such continuing legal education as is necessary to maintain their competence to practice law, as described in the Rules of Professional Conduct (Rule 19-301.1).
