North Dakota CLE Requirements
CLE requirements for North Dakota attorneys.

Required credits
North Dakota attorneys are required to earn 45 credits every 3 years, including 3 credits in Ethics.

• Due date for CLE: All credits are due by June 30th.
• Reporting credits: All credits must be reported by July 31st.

Self-Study/On-Demand credits
A minimum of 15.00 credit hours must be taken as live programs and a maximum of 30.00 credit hours can be taken as self-study programs.
