Maria’s practice focuses on sophisticated estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and families. She also advises clients on family wealth preservation, structuring family offices, business succession planning, estate and trust administration, and charitable planning. Maria regularly writes and speaks on estate planning topics. Maria received an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law and is a graduate of Notre Dame Law School and Middlebury College.

Requirements
The Alabama State Bar MCLE Commission requires attorneys to complete 12 credits, including 1 ethics, by December 31 of each year. All credits must be reported by February 15 of the following year. A maximum of 12 credits, including 1 ethics credit, may be carried over for 1 year only.
