Michelle Thompson

The Godsey Law Firm, P.C.

Michelle Thompson is the Chief Operating Officer of The Godsey Law Firm, P.C., a high-volume personal injury practice in the Dallas area. She runs the firm’s operations with a Six Sigma, process-first mindset, turning everyday client communication into repeatable, measurable systems rather than one-off heroics. Her focus is the operational data that actually moves a modern firm: response times, staff performance, technology adoption, and the integrations that keep the case management stack working as one. Michelle is a strong believer that consistency is what scales client experience, and she pushes her team to move from reactive firefighting to proactive, data-driven management so every client gets the same standard of care as the firm grows.
