Richard Hunt is a Texas Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer and partner at Hunt Huey PLLC in Dallas, with more than forty years of experience representing businesses and individuals in litigation, arbitration, and mediation. His practice is centered on the disability rights provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Fair Housing Act, providing both defense representation and compliance consulting to a national client base spanning real estate developers, retailers, restaurants, shopping centers, banks, apartment owners, hotels, and governmental entities. Requirements
The Alabama State Bar MCLE Commission requires attorneys to complete 12 credits, including 1 ethics, by December 31 of each year. All credits must be reported by February 15 of the following year. A maximum of 12 credits, including 1 ethics credit, may be carried over for 1 year only.
