Utah CLE Requirements
CLE requirements for Utah attorneys.
Required credits
Utah attorneys are required to earn 12 credits per year. Including:
Effective 2023, half of the required credits for Regular Licensed attorney’s will need to be done in-person, approved remote Group CLE, or approved Verified E-CLE. 14-404(a)(1) *All approved myLawCLE Live programs meet rule 14-404(a)(1) requirements and have been approved to fulfill the in-person, remote Group CLE, or Verified E-CLE requirement.

Utah attorneys are limited to (6) credit hours of on-demand CLE credits. The remaining (6) credit hours must be earned via live CLE events or live-streamed online webinars.
