Program Summary

This program will provide a synopsis on the transfer of real property into an LLC or Trust. Participants will be provided with a working knowledge of the basics of how to complete these transfers and the key considerations when representing clients contemplating transferring real property to an entity. The presentation will specifically focus on structuring the entities, lender issues, basic tax issues, and insurance considerations.

He earned his B.S. degree in International Studies from the University of Washington and his J.D. degree from Seattle University School of Law.
