Know Your Numbers: How to Use AI to Analyze Your Disability Practice – NOSSCR 2026 Fall National Conference – Track II (Presented by National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives)

Your caseload is already telling you how to win more cases; most firms just never ask. This session shows representatives how to turn their own case data into insight: grant rates by ALJ, hearing office, claim type, and stage; where cases stall; and which evidence patterns track with favorable outcomes. We’ll demonstrate how today’s AI tools make this analysis possible without a data team, using aggregated, deidentified outcomes from thousands of SSD cases and public ALJ decision data. Attendees leave with concrete questions to put to their own data and a framework for finding bottlenecks.
