This opening session examines the urgent demographic trends driving the need for Spanish-language legal marketing. With over 10.5 million undocumented individuals in the U.S. and heightened fear in immigrant communities, digital platforms offer a critical pathway to reach those seeking legal help.
Jean GinzburgExplore the profile of potential clients seeking adjustment of status, asylum, and work authorization pathways. This session covers the barriers preventing qualified individuals from seeking help—including fear of enforcement, past scams, and language barriers—and the essential role immigration attorneys play in providing trusted legal guidance.
Jean GinzburgLearn why effective Spanish-language marketing requires cultural fluency, not just literal translation. This session examines the values that resonate with Hispanic clients—family, safety, respect, and dignity—and contrasts successful community-centered messaging with ineffective generic or fear-based approaches.
Jean GinzburgDiscover why Facebook and Instagram are top-performing platforms for reaching U.S. Hispanic adults, with 71% using Meta regularly. This session covers paid advertising strategies including geotargeting and language targeting, plus organic approaches like Facebook Lives, community groups, and WhatsApp integration.
Jean GinzburgReview real-world success stories including a Texas law firm that achieved 2.5 times more consultations through bilingual Meta campaigns. Walk away with actionable steps: auditing your Spanish-language presence, identifying trusted messengers, and building a simple low-cost outreach funnel.
Jean GinzburgEngage with live audience questions addressing common challenges like breaking through client fear and balancing emotional connection with compliance. The session concludes with final takeaways, recommended tools, and CLE attendance check-out instructions.
