Dr. Pierre has about 8 years of experience in cybersecurity and privacy. She holds a doctorate in Cybersecurity Analytics and currently serves as a Senior Cloud Security Consultant at Amazon Web Services (AWS) and as a Professor in the School of Cybersecurity and Information Technology at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Her industry and research background includes work with Intel Corporation, Johns Hopkins University (JHU)/JHU Applied Physics Laboratory, and George Washington University. Her work is at the intersection of cloud security, privacy law, and security education.

Requirements
The Alabama State Bar MCLE Commission requires attorneys to complete 12 credits, including 1 ethics, by December 31 of each year. All credits must be reported by February 15 of the following year. A maximum of 12 credits, including 1 ethics credit, may be carried over for 1 year only.
