Your caseload is already telling you how to win more cases; most firms just never ask. This session shows representatives how to turn their own case data into insight: grant rates by ALJ, hearing office, claim type, and stage; where cases stall; and which evidence patterns track with favorable outcomes. We’ll demonstrate how today’s AI tools make this analysis possible without a data team, using aggregated, deidentified outcomes from thousands of SSD cases and public ALJ decision data. Attendees leave with concrete questions to put to their own data and a framework for finding bottlenecks.
Eligible for up to 1 CLE Credit Hour
This session was originally submitted for CLE as a live, in-person presentation and a live webcast for the 2026 Fall National Conference and may be eligible for self-study credit. Each state handles self-study credit differently; for questions, please consult your State Bar Association.
Recorded Thursday, October 15, 2026.
