At UCEBT, we provide resiliency training, burnout prevention education, and psychological support services designed to help professionals thrive in high-demand work environments. Given the unique challenges faced by disability representatives and attorneys, including managing emotionally demanding cases, navigating complex systems, maintaining professional effectiveness, and preventing burnout, this session will provide a highly relevant and engaging educational experience focused on mental health, wellness, and burnout prevention. Dr. Lange will also highlight professional sustainability, resilience, stress management, and maintaining effectiveness in emotionally demanding work.

Requirements
The Alabama State Bar MCLE Commission requires attorneys to complete 12 credits, including 1 ethics, by December 31 of each year. All credits must be reported by February 15 of the following year. A maximum of 12 credits, including 1 ethics credit, may be carried over for 1 year only.
