Ed Olson

Social Security Disability Attorney

This session examines the three medical-vocational profiles that can result in automatic disability findings: the worn out worker rule requiring 35 years of arduous unskilled work, the no work profile for claimants over 55, and the lifetime commitment profile. Attendees will learn how to properly apply borderline age analysis and rebut education levels using functional ability evidence rather than credentials alone.
