Why Attend

Why this
program matters

Generative AI is transforming legal practice faster than ethics rules can keep pace, making it essential for every attorney to understand the boundaries before a hallucinated citation or confidentiality breach triggers sanctions or discipline.
518
documented cases in which generative AI produced hallucinated content were recorded in U.S. courts since the beginning of 2025.
90%
of law firms implicated in U.S. court AI hallucination cases are solo practices or small firms, where supervision structures and governance policies are weakest
36%
of civil litigation attorneys personally use generative AI for work-related tasks, making civil litigation one of the highest individual-adoption practice areas among all firm types.
300+
instances of AI hallucinations in attorney court filings were documented, a figure that has since continued to climb as reliance on AI tools accelerates across the profession.
