12:15 pm - 1:15 pm ESTTechnology and administrative rules have changed dramatically since 1986 when I started practicing but there are basic strategies that remain timeless. In this session I will pass on tips including how to grow your practice, maintain client relations, stay out of trouble, make “good trouble,” win cases, and maintain that elusive work-life balance, all of which will remain relevant in the years ahead regardless of advances in technology and the whims of the agency.

Requirements
The Alabama State Bar MCLE Commission requires attorneys to complete 12 credits, including 1 ethics, by December 31 of each year. All credits must be reported by February 15 of the following year. A maximum of 12 credits, including 1 ethics credit, may be carried over for 1 year only.
