Montana CLE Requirements
CLE requirements for Montana attorneys.
Required credits
Montana attorneys are required to earn 15 credits, including 2 Ethics credits every year.
- Due date for CLE: Credits are due by March 31st
- Reporting credits: All credits must be reported by March 31st
Self-Study/On-Demand credits
Montana attorneys are limited to (5) hours of on-demand/self-study CLE credits. The remaining hours (10 credits) must be earned via live or interactive CLE events or live-streamed online webinars.
