Texas CLE Requirements
CLE requirements for Texas attorneys.

Required credits
Texas attorneys are required to earn 15 credits every year, including 3 credits in Ethics/Professional Responsibility.

• Due date for CLE: All credits are due on the last day of the attorney’s birth month.
• Reporting credits: All credits must be reported on the last day of the attorney’s birth month.
• Reporting attendance: myLawCLE reports attendance to the Texas State Bar.

Self-Study/On-Demand credits
All 15 credits may be taken as live or self-study programs.
