We spoke with thousands of attorneys and consistently heard the same recurring challenges:

We’re committed to delivering continuing legal education that elevates your practice. We partner with expert presenters who are leaders in their fields, providing practical insights you can apply immediately. Our comprehensive CLE library offers all required credits—including specialized topics like ethics, technology, and elimination of bias—in one convenient location. We continuously update our programming to reflect critical law changes and emerging hot topics, ensuring attorneys stay current on the evolving legal landscape while developing the skills needed to excel in practice.

Lack of Relevance

Too many CLEs featured excessive anecdotes and "war stories" that stray from practical application, resulting in content that fails to provide actionable takeaways.

Unqualified Presenters

Many CLEs feature speakers who lack adequate practical experience or credentials to effectively teach the subject matter.

Limited Specialty Credits

Finding courses offering specialized credits remains unnecessarily difficult, forcing attorneys to spend excessive time searching for compliant programs.

Outdated & Recycled Content

Too many providers continue to maintain CLE libraries filled with outdated programs dating back many years.

Our solution

As a result, we've created a CLE platform that delivers expert-led programming designed to strengthen your practice.

Access a complete library of current, relevant courses—all your required credits in one place, updated continuously to keep you ahead of critical legal developments.

2013

The Beginning

It started with one clear belief: attorneys deserve continuing legal education that’s actually worth their time. We committed to transforming CLE by curating focused programs, securing outstanding presenters, and addressing the issues that matter most to today’s legal professionals.

2014

Co-Sponsorships

Through co-sponsorships with top judges, practitioners, and organizations like the Federal Bar Association, we began bringing premier legal programs to a broader online audience.

2015

On-site Filming Locations

We began filming top speakers in person from around the country, fostering extended dialogue through meetings, dinners, and face-to-face discussions—ensuring our CLEs addressed what mattered most to the attorneys watching them.

2020

Remote Broadcasting Shift

When Covid hit, we pivoted to fully remote broadcasting—dramatically expanding our team and program output. This allowed us not only to produce great legal programs but to monitor legal developments and rapidly respond to new laws as they were passed.

2022

NYU and Other Live Conferences

We expanded into live conference broadcasting as organizations nationwide sought our expertise. Beginning with NYU School of Professional Studies, we now broadcast over 12 live conferences annually with multiple partners.

Today

Expanded Partnerships

Staying true to our mission, we expanded our support to specialized legal organizations—partnering with leaders in hospitality law, Social Security disability law, tax law, and more to produce the highest-quality content possible.
