Michael J. Needleman is a Partner in the Philadelphia office of Reger Rizzo & Darnall, bringing extensive trial experience in state and federal court across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C. He is appointed by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania to represent indigent parties. Michael represents domestic and international insurance carriers and their insureds on a third-party basis in premises liability disputes, general liability claims, employment-based litigation, and bad faith claims, and he also represents insurers in pursuing subrogation claims. The Alabama State Bar MCLE Commission requires attorneys to complete 12 credits, including 1 ethics, by December 31 of each year. All credits must be reported by February 15 of the following year. A maximum of 12 credits, including 1 ethics credit, may be carried over for 1 year only.
