Jonathan Wohlwend is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group. His practice is primarily focused on trademarks, copyrights, and patents. He has extensive experience advising clients on the protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights, including trademark clearance and registration, copyright registration, and patent prosecution. Additionally, Jonathan has experience in collegiate name, image, and likeness (NIL) issues. He stays up to date on monitoring legislative activity and NCAA rules regarding NIL and advises on navigating these complex and changing issues.
Prior to joining Bradley, Jonathan served as an Assistant Staff Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force. In that role, he served as a federal prosecutor, as well as an advisor to military leadership. He frequently advised leadership on a broad range of legal issues, including trial practice, government investigations, government contracts, and federal regulatory compliance.
