Michael Sherer is a member of the Labor and Employment Section at von Briesen & Roper, s.c. Michael focuses his practice on employment litigation, employment law counseling, collective bargaining, contract administration, and representation before the NLRB. He has significant experience in employment litigation and specifically with handling wage and hour claims, employment discrimination, Title I of the Americans with Disability Act and wage garnishment cases. He has represented clients in state and federal courts and in arbitration and mediation proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, state Commissions and state Departments of Labor. Michael is admitted to practice law in both Wisconsin and Illinois and prior to joining von Briesen worked for several years at a litigation firm in Chicago.
