Program Summary

As the title suggests, this program will explore various technologies that will assist you in being more efficient in your practice. The panelists will discuss everything from how to use the integrated firm-wide technology you probably have already, such as Microsoft Teams, more effectively; trial preparation software that integrates deposition and trial materials with e-discovery databases; and a litigation management software platform - Factbox. The panelists include government and private sector attorneys. Time will be allotted for others on the webinar to share additional technologies which they have found useful in their practice.

Presented by the Professional Development Committee

Key topics to be discussed:

  • Microsoft Teams and how to use it for more than is readily apparent
  • Trial preparation software to assist you in organizing your cases
  • Litigation management software to help you manage your caseload
