Why Attend

Why this
program matters

Trucking accident litigation involves high stakes, specialized strategy, and significant exposure—making mastery of investigation, liability development, and trial advocacy essential.
5.1K
people were killed in large truck crashes in a recent reporting year, with nearly 76% of fatalities being occupants of passenger vehicles rather than truck drivers.
4.1B
in jury awards was delivered against the trucking sector in just 15 substantial verdicts in the most recent reporting period, reflecting disproportionate exposure to wrongful death and negligence judgments.
25%
of all highway accidents resulting in a nuclear verdict involve a commercial transportation company, with tort costs in this sector increasing at approximately 10% annually.
36%
rise in trucking auto liability premiums per mile over the past 8 years, making lawsuit abuse the second-greatest concern facing the trucking industry.
