Why Attend

Why this
program matters

Practice group leaders directly control the revenue performance of their teams, yet most lack formal training in the leadership behaviors that convert attorney effort into sustainable firm growth.
13%
average law firm profit growth occurred in 2025, intensifying pressure on practice group leaders to sustain group-level revenue performance heading into a more volatile market.
57%
of marketing and business development budgets at major firms are now directed specifically to client development, raising expectations that practice group leaders convert that spend into measurable revenue.
38%
is the average attorney utilization rate, meaning lawyers capture only 3 billable hours per 8-hour day — leaving substantial revenue on the table for leaders to recapture.
32%
higher personal revenue is reported by mid-career attorneys who receive ongoing skills training, demonstrating measurable ROI when leaders invest in developing their lawyers.
