Why Attend

Why this
program matters

Mastering Rule 30(b)(6) depositions is essential for legal practitioners because these corporate representative depositions produce binding organizational testimony that can decisively impact case outcomes at summary judgment and trial.
70%+
of law firms now conduct at least some depositions remotely, fundamentally changing how attorneys prepare for and take corporate representative depositions.
50%
of federal civil litigation costs may be incurred during the discovery phase, making depositions a critical cost driver in commercial cases.
$448
is the average hourly rate expert witnesses charge for deposition appearances, making inadequate 30(b)(6) preparation that triggers court-ordered re-depositions an enormously expensive mistake.
~1%
of federal civil cases reach trial today, meaning deposition testimony — especially binding 30(b)(6) testimony — is often the decisive evidence in dispositive motions that resolve cases.
