Jesse-Justin Cuevas is a civil trial lawyer who represents plaintiffs and defendants in high stakes, complex commercial litigation matters across a wide range of industries, subject matters, and tribunals. Jesse-Justin and her team readied the case for trial in a record 58 days and, after a 10-day hearing on the merits, secured a complete victory for her client.
