Vincent P. Jackson is an attorney at Kollman & Saucier, P.A., specializing in management-side labor and employment matters and commercial litigation. Vince has represented international, national, and local companies in state and federal courts across the country. A former prosecutor, he is a seasoned trial attorney who has argued at every level of Maryland’s court system, including a precedent-making case before the Maryland Supreme Court in 2021.

Vince was recently named by the Maryland Daily Record to its 2024 Employment Law Power List, and is among the most influential and respected employment law attorneys in Maryland. He has published numerous articles on employment-related topics, and is the editor of the Practice Note LGBTQ Protections and Best Practices Under Title VII. Vince is a member of the J. Dudley Digges Inn of Court, and speaks frequently at seminars about litigation tactics and employment law updates. He resides in Monkton, Maryland, with his wife and three children.
