Darren T. Brenner is a partner at Wright, Finlay & Zak in Las Vegas, Nevada office. His practice focuses on consumer finance litigation, insurance coverage, and commercial matters since 2003. Mr. Brenner has significant experience with consumer financial transactions, bad faith insurance litigation, insurance coverage litigation, contractual disputes, quiet title, declaratory relief, lien rights, wrongful foreclosure, FDCPA, FCRA, TILA, TCPA, deceptive trade practices, bankruptcy discharge violations, and class actions.
